Continuing Education Policy

to qualify for the complimentary IRS C230 CE credit issued by CoSEA:

• For CoSEA members in good standing must register online before the class begins. 
• Non-CoSEA members must register and pay online before the class begins.
• Participation Requirements:
  • Online participants must answer 3 of 4 prompts posted for each CE received
  • In-person participants must sign an attendance sheet and be present and engaged for 50 minutes per CE credit.
  • A course evaluation form must be completed (applies to all future courses)
  • Exceptions to general rule
  • The Education Chair can make hardship exceptions for issuing CE certificates to non-registered participants, assuming participation requirements are met.
